Volunteering can bring many great experiences as well as benefits for you and your community. Students are able to extend a helping hand and become more involved in the city they live in, gain new knowledge, and meet people that can influence your life. Volunteering can also serve as a pathway to experience in one’s future career options.

Junior Achievement's unique approach allows volunteers from the community to deliver our curriculum while sharing their experiences with students. The program is solely based on volunteers. College students are great volunteers to assist students with their learning and education. It also appeals to a variety of majors such as, Liberal Studies, Child Development, Business, Economics, Communication Studies
and more. Each area relates to the Junior Achievement Program and gives volunteers experience in each particular area. It is a flexible, step-by-step program with mentors to help guide volunteers.

Through volunteering one person can truly make a difference. Lives can be changed and people helped when a person decides to lend a helping hand.
In the following link you will find information about an individual who has done various different types of volunteer work and how it has benefited her education experience. Some of these benefits include becoming a better parent, becoming more responsible, and networking.

As a group we conducted surveys questioning students about their involvement with volunteering and their opinion and the importance of volunteering. The surveys included questions about volunteering as a part of your education at CSU Stanislaus and how many students volunteer on a regular basis. Attached is our results. Survey Results.doc

Team. I am sorry but I can't make class today (11-18). My inspector is out and there are inspections that I must be done and I have to do them. I got my picture posted. What a sorry looking person. At least you all look great.
